Shurley English is a curriculum that appeals to all types of learners (auditory, visual, and kinesthetic) to teach the different parts of speech in a sentence. It is very effective for students learning English because along with teaching new concepts it constantly reviews the previously taught information.

Shurley English uses jingles when teaching the various parts of speech and the students love them. They are fun to dance and sing to and they really stimulate different parts in the brain that are key to learning.
